    there are more ads than content, I dont really think its good to saturate your space

    make the content area wider, like 560px, the remaining 240px put two skyscrapers, you get a nice 800px page, and you need more content, and to update it daily or asap

    placement and colours is very good but i see "Paid Links" above link unit. it's against the tos. you must remove this label
