Even you will earn money from the ads. However, the first thing still satisfy your visitors. If they don't like your website and don't come back, noone clicks ads. I think that before your website becomes very popular, you should only put ads on the right side. 2) So many functions on your website. For example, when I see the domain list under the lookup box and 2 ads, I don't know what that list is used. I don't need that list. I am not interested in those domains. I also don't need to browse domains/websites by pagerank or by root domain name. 3) I think that the most useful and popular function on your website is the lookup box to retrieve information for websites. I think that you should make your website focus only on the function. Then it will make your visitors easy to understand what they will get when they access your website. After your website becomes popular, you can put more ads.
