    There are tons of blogspot free themes available. just get a theme related to you blog.
    it will make it more appealing and decent. good luck.

    The theme is not bad but it's completely unrelated to the contents of your site
    you should get a more unique theme, reduce the size of the font on the page,
    and add some graphics to the page.

    Maybe you should consider reducing the post title font. The navigation also needs to be improved. Place some "recent blog posts" link for visitors to see.

    I would move some ads. Maybe allow the visitors to see some content at the top rather than all ads.

    To be honest I would agree with River

    One thing that turns me off a site is seeing ads first thing and no content "above the fold".

    Although I like the colors and simple layout, I don't know what they have to do with credit cards. It might be a little cliche, but maybe you could have pictures of credit cards, or something else a little more applicable. But bravo on the simplicity. I like simple.
