You have the 336x280 ads being repeated on every blog post on the homepage. You should really use a simple PHP code to show only for the first 2 blog posts. Besides that, I would actually remove ads completely from the homepage, it's not a very highly-targetted area to put ads on and drives people away as soon as they land on the homepage. A better way to do it is to put it on single pages. You can do this by editing single.php file in your template for Wordpress. Find the line <h2> where the blog post title lies then put the ad after that. Having 1 ad in single pages are the best because each of your ad is more targetted. You can see how I do it on my site at http://Zedomax.com/blog You won't see Adsense ads on my homepage. The bottom ads are looks like its from google but actually private/affiliate ads I put on using Google Admanager. Hope that helps! But your placement is perfect! I would try messing with the colors more for improvements in CTR.
