Reversing Payment

    Hello Everyone,

    Recently I hired a designer (2 weeks ago) and got my friend to pay him through paypal, the design is taking ages to reply to emails, and to get the designs done so I am thinking about taking back the money i sent him until he fully completes the project.

    Is this possible?

    Yeah its possible,but why do this?
    You can just reverse the payment and search for other web designer

    I have filed a dispute against a person but paypal didn`t help me. What if a person immediately withdraws the money he received?

    I dont know, I am hoping the guy I am going to raise a dispute against hasnt withdrawn the money
