Reverse phone look up (US)

My sister in law needs to track down a renter that skipped out on her. She has phone numbers but the reverse phone number look ups that I came across had either incomplete records (like city without street) or required a subscription. Are there any good free services for reverse address look up from phone numbers?

I don't know about free service but you can try Us Search or People Finders. Fees are not that high and you can get what you need.

 

I use anywho also. http://www.anywho.com/qry/wp_rl. But cell phone they can't trace.

 

Do those work with cell phone numbers?

 

This is quoted from people finders website, but I really don't know if this includes cell phones.
