I was thinking today That the graphs would make more sense flipped upside down so that the #1 rank was at the top and the real low ranks were at the bottom. Makes it easier to glance at the graphs and understand whats going on..

Maybe to have the option would be nice, but after using it for over a year I'm pretty used to the graphs. But yeah when I first showed them to my boss as a print out he was confused, so I had to draw some lines and show that the lower to the bottom was better. :)

Speaking of which .. if the graphs could have an arrow on the left indicating rank and somehow show quickly that lower is better, that would be cool. Also if the keyphrase was above the graph instead of just in the title it would be nice too. Or the keyphrase could be overlayed over the graph like the key in the bottom left but the keyphrase could be in the top left.

Just suggestions that popped into my head.

Sorry if I brought your thread OT. :p

Yes Stin, I think you are right and when showing the graph to a client it seems they too, naturally think of SERPs as an uphill climb. It takes a mo to explain what they are looking at.

But, after a few visits you get used to it and now I think it would be weird to look at those graphs any other way.
