What you are trying to achieve is quite unclear with your post. Can you rephrase to make it clearer?

if you asked, 'WIll I lose my visitors..?' then the answer is YES.

however, there is a option in webmaster tools to move websites from one domain to another. but I've never tried it so i don't know till what extent it might help you.

If you're pointing your custom domain at your blogger site, no you won't lose anything. If you move your blog to another site, yes you will.

Yes you will. If you were going from blogspot domain to your custom domain, it would have worked because blogger has a system of redirecting its blogspot domains to your custom domain. But the other way around, its you who have to do the job. You can try applying a wild card or a 404 redirect of your domain to blogspot till all your blogger pages are indexed in Google.
