Reversal from paypal payment?

I got an order a few weeks ago that was $170 total from a customer.. then a few days later after i already finished 1/2 of the order paypal reviewed the payment.

So now its 2 weeks later and they reversed the payment and gave it back to the customer... how is this fair? So their telling me anyone can order from me and wait for their work to get done and open up a case and get the work for free? And I had no say in the matter and they gave no reason why they reversed it... the only gave the automated message for safe transactions.

My question is.. are there anyways that i can reopen this case or at least tell paypal what happened and I wasted my time on this order? Ive probably got over $8k in sales from my orders and this is the first time this has happened, cant paypal see that im an honest seller?

It is possible that your customer is not honest and may have used a stolen account or a stolen credit card to make the purchase.

Paypal can and will take your money jus the way they like.
I used to sell traffic, and I had a person ordering for more than 2kusd in one order.
The traffic was delivered as ordered, and once they got the traffic, the order was reversed.

I did not have those 2k in my account, because I was just a reseller. This resulted in me getting my paypal account closed and I am unable to open a new account in my name. Luckily for me I did not have a bank account or a credit card on that account, or they would just go to the bank account or the CC to get their money.
I had absolutley no say at all.

In situations such as this, it would be inevitably the buyer has something to do with the reversal. The buyer may have requested for it or state unauthorized transactions.

Hi , the person that did this to you is probobly a scamer ,
went you send money in PP you can`t charge back the fund imidiatley , but you can start dispute and open new case, that PayPal team is gonna "investigate". They deside does the money is going to stay in you.
BTW, if you transer the money into sereval accs , maybe this will help (losing the trace of the money ?) ?

well i originally took out the money to my bank account that they sent but i had other funds they just took instead. But i guess im screwed either way.. Not the first time its been done to me by paypal. Was just wondering if there is a follow up I can do with it. I just wish they would of at least gave me a reason or tell me what they found with their so called investigation.

Here is the question, Is your products or service in tangerable meaning if someone asks for a refund, then you can not get your work back or product back? because if this is the case and paypal revearsed this then you can get your money back. That would mean paypal Violated there own terms and service for there seller protection program.

This has happened to me a few times. Contact paypal and let them know that this is basically digital goods.

I would suggest going and getting a merchant account somewhere so you would not have to worry about this if you are getting so much income in. Paypal your money is never safe with. I would never trust that company again after they froze over 4,000 of my money for 3 whole months saying they need proof after proof. I highly think they make money off interest in holding others money.

Google them and you will find thousands of class action suites against them
