what works more multiple sites with different content or one site with different contents.Any one with idea ?
I would prefer one site. You will probably don't have time to promote many websites regularly. If you have one site you can take care of it much better. One really good site full of content and well promoted will probably do much better than 10's of poorly developed and promoted websites.
i will prefer 3 to 5 sites but with high paying keywords or topics. We should keep in mind this keyword point when we are starting our websites.
Whether you have one or multiple sites - doesnt matter. All you need is TRAFFIC. Without traffic you can't succeed in CPC or affiliate programs.

What do you mean by what works more? Traffic is the main thing and it wouldn't matter if you had serveral sites or one if the traffic was the same.
It depends.... sometimes if you can have one site that produce the bulk of your traffic, having that alone is good enough.
