Just wondering if anyone can help me with this.

I want to set up a revenue sharing model on my site where contributors can get paid for their efforts.

Is there a way to track their contributions, figure out how much adsense revenue their submission generated and distribute a percentage of the revenues to them even if they don't have an adsense account set up?

that will be very hard to do because each adsense click has a different amount of $ paid so you will need to use the adsense api (if there is one)

you can make a channel every user you use, if is not against adsense tos.

but I think is better if the user set up an account ( with you as referer ), in this way you dont need send paycheck or something else.

you could use AdLogger to keep track of how much each article has earned. You would then have to manually paypal all the money though :|

There's no way to track what another user is getting paid per click since it's going through their adsense account.....

True , but even if the ads is in your own site ? yes.. because that you don't know his/her Id and password for adsense, so there will be no way to track even using channels ...
