    I don't know about that form never used it
    I use adsense-support at google dot com
    but it could be the same thing ... wait a little then use the email

    Yes, it's fine. Google created an API for large sites to take part in revenue sharing.

    I've even compiled a growing list of other adsense revenue sharing sites. (see below) \/

    if you know what platform you want it for (php, asp, wordpress, joomla)
    I am sure you can search and find it on the net

    but the truth is if you know a little bit of programming it should not be that hard to program ...
