I own a revenue sharing forum.

My members don't own websites themselfs but they want to sign up to google adsense.

How can my members join adsense if they dont have a site?

With great difficulty! No site = no AdSense.
What they can do is spend 5 minutes making a throw away Blogger site and get approval on that.

Nope, but... if they don't have a site, so what use of ad sense account? Try to ask directly in adsense support.

At Pubcon 2006 Google mentioned they were working on a model to support this type of revenue sharing... Allowing sites to have users sign-up and get a portion of the revenue, etc.

I don't recall them saying when it might be available... but something to look out for!

In the meantime you could track users via channels depending on how many you have... and distribute the cash that way...?

Ideally you could get your members to start up a personal blog and register for adsense then you could get them to link to your site as well - so they get their AdSense accounts and you get to do some link building in the process, the links won't be worth might mind you - but hey a link is a link - and if they spend a couple of hours a week working on the blog who knows what the links might be worth in the future.

As other have said. No Webspace = No Adsense.

I'd visit www.blogspot.com, make a 3 minute blog, copy and paste a couple of pages of the disctionary in there. Let AdSense approve it, since the bots are generally dumb.

    And there's your AdSense account.

Could be, but all of my sites are down, and I put one page of content on one, and sent it on for verification. They verified it.

Tell them to make a blog in free blog service, maybe you need to provide the 4-5 pages for content (just copy and paste) :D
Asking for verifying form Google and done! It`s easy, maybe just 3 minutes.
