Well the easiest way is to do it manually. Allocate a block of space where you are willing to place someone's ad, and sell that space for $x per month.
FYI: Spamming a link to your website in forum sigs or in threads is considered unsolicited advertisement, and if someone really felt like it, they could report you, and google would tell you to stop or they will ban you. I dont plan on reporting you, just thought id let you know.
