Revenue model for my site

Hi,

Can any one suggest a revenue model for my site Adhysteria.com
Its a site for video classifieds so having a paid membership option my fail.
Please suggest other options.

You could try google adsense

 

Yeah I would suggest google adsense is the best place to start. If you find people are receptive to those ads and they get clicked a lot then try looking for banner advertisers etc

 

You have a wonderful idea and will really be successful.

Paid membership will work,if your site has some traffic and is quite popular.

If this is not the case, you can give two options 1) Free listing 2) featured listing just like directories.

I suggest you to go for free listing first,once your site become popular or start gaining traffic you can go for paid listing in your site.

Meanwhile, you can put google ads in your site to generate revenue from your site as soon as possible

Don't be give up.
Keep what you doing such as having paid membership.
But you can make some changes to the rule such as paid member can post up to 10 video/day
While free member can only post 1 video/day.
I'm sure many people will upgrade to paid member
