Why would they lower your payout rate? You EARN what you get.

Revenue is usually high on Mondays for us, low on weekends.

Because the program is pretty new, lots of companies pay members inflated earnings at first, even if the company suffers a loss, as most do the first 3 years. The inflated earnings make for a lot of talk, and thus a lot of competitors employees, in this case AdSense users jump ship and join YPN because of the great rates.

Once the programs members exceed or meet the companies needs or wants, or come out of beta for a major launch, they can then drop earnings or payouts of all publishers, and save themselves a lot of money fast. Even with lower rates, most will NOT jump back to AdSense right away, but would trickle or stay with YPN.

Also, they could be implementing a new payout system like AdSense did. AdSense had a Major drop in payout to many publishers with their 'SmartPricing' system. My earnings went from an average of 50 cents per click to 3 cents when smart pricing hit.

Yesterday, was one of my top earning days this month (much higher than average).

One of my sites went from $5/click average down to 50 cents after smart pricing. I had finally made it up to $2,000/month with Adsense and was ready to quit my job, and they dropped smart pricing on me.

Stats fluctuate up and down all the time, regardless of program, Yahoo, Adsense, CPM, etc. Best thing to do is just accept it and figure it into your overall earnings. When all is said and done, it's the final monthly tally that is most important. Now if that keeps going down, that's when you should be worried.

This month has been average. Last month was my best month ever (by a LOT). The month before that was my lowest ever. All the while traffic and CTR stayed consistent. It's just part of using PPC...

I am really sick at how much the earnings have dropped and how poorly ads are coming up , if this keeps up I will have to find other means to replace these.

My earnings per click have plummited

This isn't not about low revenue -- yesterday was actually a perfectly ok day for me -- but today my stats are stuck at 4:30pm and haven't budged since. I do high xxx to low x,xxx a day and 5-7pm is the busiest time of the day so no, I don't think it's because nothing to update. Anyone else seeing this?

It does happen once in a while, but the last time it happened, hours went by and the clicks that would've normally happened basically never got counted.
