Revenue lately... Down :(

Anyone's RPC / Revenue way down even more than a month or so ago?

I'm talking 80% lower than 2 months ago....

Read somewhere, before advertisers weren't able to seperate search and content bids but now they can. Wonder if thats why...

 

Yeah. Yahoo is paying pretty much the same as Google nowadays.

 

Yup, I was waiting for someone to open a thread. I'm from high mid XXX's to low-er XXX's on one of my sites. Very crappy. RPC is down about 40%

 

Christmas season I guess. If you are not in the new action-figure industry you will have a traffic drop.

 

I haven't noticed any changes lately. Both traffic and revenue are up from last month. My average RPC is also up from last month by about 10%. However I'm guessing that my average RPC will level out by the end of the month as advertisers will probably choose to spend more in the days before Christmas and less the following days. Time will tell.

 

lol... yeah all the industries are down except sales on my end... too bad I don't have action figure site... maybe next year!

 

Although that is true, they have MUCH lower CPM. THeir ads aren't as targeted.

 

I'm not talking traffic, I mean RPC / CPM is WAY DOWN.

Also when you say your up right now do you make usually more than xxx /day?

 

Kind a agree with you at some point but i am still doing allright i must say that..

my days are ok. arround average so i don't look RPC/CPM closely but i am sure RPC is way lower for me then last month.

Ive seen a massive drop in RPC etc, for just over a month now, my daily income went from what I thought was great averaging $XX a day to now low $X a day. I thought it was just me, it was just like someone turned a switch off, happened in one day and has been like this now for me, for 33 days steady. From what I am seeing on one test site, I am making more there with AdSense then ypn..... currently

 

Google implements smart pricing like crazy mainly targeted as those arbitragers. Sadly, it hurts us, the honest publishers too.

 

my revenue per click is the same just getting less clicks lately with same amount of visitors and ad impressions

 

My revenue (RPC) dropped 50% over the past couple of days. Oh well, it was a wild ride, and fun too. I hope it'll recover some first of the year...

 

my revenue droped by 30% but still i am happy with it....its Christmas time

 

I can't beleive it, but after making lots of cash with YPN, I actually had a $0.00 day yesterday...wtf??? Still, can't complain that much, I'm having a decent month.

Revenue is up from last month for me too it was dropping for a while but now its all up..
