Revenue from job opening site

I have site www.placementmantra.com
I don't want to make portal like naukri whr user has to register and update cv
Already thinking to put premium job openings ,but only after site is famous


any more ideas?

 

Put google adsense ads and other PPC ads. You can also put affiliate links from job sites like monster, etc...

Hmmm.....there's already free alternatives such as Craigslist out there.
This will be hard, but can you offer any other non advertising related services that employers may need (e.g. can you better help them filter employees).

 

thats a tough niche to make it work.

IMO having user account feature is a very good thing.

You have to work very hard to go beyond naukri.com
It will take a lot of time and effort to make it famous in general. But if you make tie-ups with some other brands then it wil be easy for you to index yourself quickly.

 

you may be able to make a go of it if you concentrate on specific job types.

Thats what I've done, but I haven't been able to figure out how to monetize my traffic. So any thoughts y'all have would be greatly appreciated.
