Is it possible that he reversed the payment because he did not actually get the download or something was wrong with it? Have you contacted him about the reversal? You may have already done this, but it is not clear from the posting that you have taken these steps before assuming that he scammed you.

I once had a hosting company who scammed me of 1 months of hosgting after have a downtime of 15 days.
When I posted it in a particular webhosting forum, I got some pretty lame advice. Then i just told them that I would love to hire somebody to DDOS their servers. I had a shitload of guys breathing down my neck telling me that I am evil.
What about the hosting company that ruined my business and after that never restored my account.
I should have posted here but i wasnt a member back then.
I really didnt know you could kick a guys ass for 200$
Go for it man.
How much will they charge to break up a hosting company :-P
