My site is ranking well and generating me traffic but would like someone to look at and make some suggestions for improvement. Not a high traffic site but does generate me lots of leads.

Thanks and feel free to be brutally honest

Well it is a good start and I like the clean looks you're going for now :

    - the menu buttons : remove the underline from the links it's not paying you any favors .
    - the menus : you should include a top navigation menu and think of submenus for something like the cities
    - add a bit more spacing at the articles . Right now it looks a bit intimidating and it has the potential to give the visitor a information overload .
    - the top logo looks over-stretched consider remodeling it .

I find the color scheme a bit jarring. Consider toning it down.

The image in the top right is not a good choice. The body language is very negative - arms crossed, and turning his back on the actual logo.

Even just flipping the image would be a start, but preferably a completely new image. You need a person who looks reliable and professional, but at the same time friendly and approachable. Make sure their body position is slightly towards the title, as this adds a positive focus.

Looks good. Nothing really to say that hasn't already been said in the comments above.
