Photo, taken by turks on the ship, of injured soldier. Notice the knife held by the person in the bottom right corner:

Same photo, uploaded to Day Life by Reuters Pictures, with the knife doctored out:

Whaa.????? Can it be? The peace activists on their mission of peace to Gaza in support of the humanitarian organization Hamas actually violently attacked and brutally injured someone? But I thought the Israelis erased all the imagery from the boat? Are you saying the good people who support Hamas and perhaps Rueters themselves alter the photos to removes weapons and images of badly injured soldiers? It cant be! These people are saints! I bet you the IDF got on the boat and forced them to hold those knifes in the photos after stabbing themselves! Its another Jew conspiracy!

    Ummmm - alright /facepalm

It couldn't just be that it is a closer photo?

Everyone knows that there was a knife; a terrorist was disarmed after trying to stab a soldier in the back.

The pics werent "doctored" per se... they were strategically cropped, *coincidentally* removing the knife. It was reported on the Little Green Footballs site, then they caught Reuters doing it again in another pic. Reuters got them from the Turkish paper, so they had access to the same picture, they just happened to (with NO political agenda) crop out the knife in the only two pics showing knives. They also cropped out blood puddles.

These crops might be a bit suspect given that a "peace" activist standing over a bleeding commando with a knife and a puddle of blood nearby *MIGHT* be an important part of the story, but Reuters is certain they would never crop a picture to protect their personal political viewpoint.

LOL. Chalk up another win for those "bloggers in pajamas" the mainstream media likes to make fun of. They shamed Reuters into showing the FULL pictures. To their credit, AP had access to the same photos and did NOT crop them like Reuters did.
