Hey dpers...I'm fairly new to article marketing.
I was wondering if its good for seo (and in general)
to use the same article on multiple sites, or should
    I change it slightly?

Also, am I allowed to use these articles that I submit
    on MY website also?

    Any help or suggestions appreciated.

    Thanks!!

Its best to use a different article for each site. Duplicate articles and content will just waste your time.

You can reuse your articles but need to re-phrase it

Instead of putting same articles, you should spin them and re-write so they are human readable.

It is good if you do quality rewriting, not just spinning via automatic synonymizers.
If rewritten text on your site makes sense (readable by human) then google will give your site score.

Nightwaker's right. Don't just spin your articles, always go for the full re-write instead.

It'll take longer, but it'll be worth it in the long run.

You have to remember, people will be reading this, so make it good.

It's not a good idea to use the same article in different sites. Sometime ago it had effect, but now it's better to rewrite articles.

It's been covered above, but duplicate content on multiple sites is generally a bad thing - Google will penalise one or more sites, making it useless for SEO.

Plus, the way people search means that they're likely to read four or five articles if they're serious about something. If I read four identical articles, I immediately pigeon-hole you as a company who just don't want to put the effort in, and look elsewhere.

Plus, most importantly, writing multiple articles lets you exercise those writing muscles and experiment a little. It's just more fun!
