reuse, throwaway, or leave as is ?

Hi, just wondering what you guys generally do (I'm 99% certain that I know the answer already).

If you have a site that is making you really good money, but it's usefulness or longlevity will only be a couple of more months, what would you do when its outlived its usefulness ?

Reuse it for another project ?
Simply forget about it, and leave it to expire ?
Leave it and worry about it when the expiry date is close at hand ?

 

I try to package up as many of those as I can and sell all at one shot.

 

Sell it before it runs out of usefullness! Ok, its perhaps not the most ethical thing to do, but someone whos smart should be able to see that the usefullness is running out and will price accordingly.
