    Hello

I'm developping a website which aims to become "the ultimate information resource in its field". Well, not quite, but a kind of information database.

The returning visitors should represent an important part of website's traffic. Currently there are around 1.65 visits/visitor monthly. Also about 50% of the visitors come from typing direct address or bookmarks.

I wonder: is this low or average? Could anyone tell me what would be a high rate of returning visitors?

Depends on your niche and how often your content is updated

You should think how to convert those return visitors to customers and should thereafter to analyze the conversion rates and your ROI rather than analyzing the number of visitors.

Siraxi said it was an information resource site so the concept of customers is hardly relevant.
