retrieving files from a suspended account

    My hosting account just suspended. How could I retrieve my files so that I could host it on another account?

    Please help me.

    What type of account do you have shared, reseller, dedicated server or a vps ?
    and whats the reasons your account is suspended ?

    They are accusing me of having malwares on my stie but I never did engage myself with such.

    Hello Chancey,

    Its not like that you have inserted malware into your web site :)
    there are several reasons for this to happen like it may be a iframe injection, database injections etc.
    For example you can see some web sites which shows message like "Reported as attacked site" the reason for this is that Google mark such sites as infected only because Goole found some infection with it maybe due to injection.
    Injection is nothing but insertion of some small code / script in your existing code or database.
    Normally this may happen due to weak permissions to anonymous user over web folders or weak login credentials of FTP account or that of your database.
    Hence its recommended not to assign write/modify perms to web site folders.
