Deleting a file in windows doesn't actually remove the file information. Just the "pointer" to that information and marks it as ready to be written over. If you're careful and you don't install programs, save files, or move files around, the file won't be written over and you can still retrieve it. Try a portable version of Get Data Back, or do a Google for "portable data recovery software"
It's very easy to use the data recovery which can help you recover all the files if you delete or format them. I find a free software on their promotion, also have other free software ,such as video editor which help me edit and personalize home videos for sharing on iPhone, YouTube, etc. or burn DVD. You may search "Coolbit" on facebook , Good luck for you
If you have just deleted the files, then you can recover those files from the recycle bin, and if you've deleted the files permanently then you need to use some file recovery tools like recovery jet, recoveryfile pro etc.
restore from recycle bin, if you deleted there also try to use the files recovery software because of the not deleted in root sector of hard disk
