Retribuito e urgente: customizzazione di due moduli

Cerco urgentemente un programmatore esperto di Javascript, Ajax, e Joomla, per apportare due piccole modifiche su altrettanti moduli:

1) Su Ninja 3d Carousel (Javascript) vorrei che il tootip che si apre al passaggio del mouse su un'immagine avesse la formattazione che decido io, ma sembra impossibile trovare il file CSS corrispondente. Inoltre, ma è meno importante, vorrei che il movimento delle immagini verso destra o sinistra dipendesse da come viene mosso il mouse, mentre adesso gira automaticamente in senso antiorario e basta.

2) Su Ajax Contact Opensource, vorrei fare in modo che in uno dei form che ho prodotto in una pagina (e solo quello, anche se ce ne sono altri generati tutti dallo stesso modulo) oltre che spedire via mail il contenuto di tutti i campi compilati, ne pubblicasse alcuni nella stessa pagina, come accade per i commenti nei blog.
