I just wanted to know if it was possible to mix Adsense with Adbrite on the same page? Would that violate any TOS?

    Help much appriciated! :D

I'm guessing it's against the TOS.

You could try another PPC and CPM ad service in conjunction with it. See torrentspy.com's implementation. (NSFW)

I think you should be fine as long as they aren't contextual ads.

According to the Adsense policies, you can't mix other PPC programs with Adsense...You can get disapproved from adsense if you do so.

Not sure about this but a friend told me that Adbrite does not allow AdSense and vice versa.

From what I understand, torrentspy uses adbrite with clicktorrent.info..I don't see adsense on it ?

But what I'm trying to do is implement in one of my forums , contextual adbrite ads and adsense link units ( contextual too )

That would be against Google's TOS, though complient with Adbrite's.

Doh! While we're at it though, do you think that adbrite has similar ad type to link units?

    Check this out https://www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/answer.py?answer=32849&topic=8425

If your additional ads does not violate this, you can add it.

If you are unsure, you can always write to the Adsense team who could evaluate your site.

well to be honest, im sure there is a way round it, how about making a frame at the top and one at the bottom, one for adsence and one for adbrite, and then maybe sticking adsence round and about your site. Im sure you can figure a way out that wont violate the TOS

If anything that would violate the no ads in a frame rule ;)

Maybe you could alternate display... so always one or the other, never both. Not saying it's ok... I don't know... just an idea. Or maybe place adbrite ads in an IFrame and adsense in the page.??

Ya, you could easily rotate the ads with phpadsnew or something, but I think he wanted to combine them.

Oh wait, maybe i have figured out a way, but then again its just a theary, what about a php script. That loads both your adsence and your adbrite from a database and like everytime the page is refreshed it changes? But then again thats not 2 differant ones on the same page is it, its one at a time. :(

Thats what we were talking about by rotating the ads.
