Feedback Retaliate itrader rating? How to remove? Does he report it?

Hello,

I am asking this for a friend of mine, as he does not speak english well. We want to know lets say a buyer posted sold on a website for sale, and he has not paid in due time. The seller leaves the buyer a negative feedback, and in return, the buyer retaliates with a negative feedback.

Question:
Is this entitled to have the retaliate feedback left on the seller to be removed by DP mods/admins?
