Resubmit feedback? Or delete the old one and update with a new feedback?

Is it possible to resubmit a feedback? Or delete the old feedback and give a new feedback?

The whole story is...
I have purchased a hosting off a seller back to Dec 2008. I left a very positive feedback on Dec. 22, 2008. The site then went down since Jan 13, 2009. The seller's hosting website says the seller will credit 7 days. Until now, the website is still down.

I have tried to PM the seller, posted again and again in the sale thread and his new sale thread, emailed for the support. No response at all. It is been many many days already and I have not received any support or response at all. I added his MSN live support, but he has not added me so I can't see whether he gets online or not.

I posted in the seller's new sale thread, and two other members posted questions. I asked in that thread if the seller is going to respond to my hosting problems. He answered the other two members' questions, but ignored mine.

So... that is why I want to resubmit a feedback if possible.
