Restrictions on Premier Unverified Paypal accounts if any ?

    Hey,
    Till now I was operating with a unverified paypal account.

    But I want to sell something on the Internet, through which I can earn $800.

    So I am planning to upgrade to a premier paypal account.

    So is there any restrictions placed on unverified permier paypal account ?

    Any help will be great !!
