I purchased a site about a month ago. Looking at the historical data, I see it was getting around 100 visits per day from search a 12-18 months ago. About a year ago, the traffic dropped off until it had basically zero traffic from search. I purchased the site last month because I like the domain, and some other stuff. I've got it getting about 100 people visiting per day, but still zero from search engine traffic. Search isn't my preferred method of traffic, but it would still be nice to at least get a little bit going as a 'bonus'. Anyway, I presume that the site was slapped for one reason or another by Google. Is there anything I can/should do to let Google know that the site is now owned by someone new? Or will it just recover over time, or what? Any information/suggestions would be very helpful. Michael
