restore vb SQL

    Hello

    I bought another host and I have a backup of database of forum ( SQL ) .. and NOW I want to restore it to the new host without losing anything ??

    How Can I do that ?

    can someone help me plz ?

    Use phpMyAdmin on new host to import the SQL.
