Restore phpbb forum to new domain

Well he sent me a PM with his MYSQL info (useless without a login) and I asked for cpanel or ftp and he replied "what's that"...

 

Well, I talked to him on MSN...the database he has is 14mb (way to big for a phpmyadmin import) and he doesnt have access to the old server (to get a gzipped backup) or shell access on the current server...so there's not much that can be done other than trying to gzip the current .sql or trying to split it up into multiple parts.

I've told him to ask his host for shell access...that's the easiest way to do this

 

It's easy to split up a phpbb sql file..I could easily do it if I had access to his phpmyadmin and his sql file. I told him I would do it....but he hasn't given me access. I just did this for a guy yesterday for free...took me like 20-30 minutes to complete it.

 

I'm having a bit of trouble transferring a forum I bought and setting it up on my site. Is anyone out there willing to give me a hand - I'd even be willing to give you a few dollars for your trouble.

To be completely honest I'd rather just pay someone than to have to give a permenant link, especially seeing I don't even know what your site is or even if it related to my site's topic.

Thanks for adding me - though I have already sent $5 to Labrocca, because he said he'd do it but if he doesn't do it within the next day or so I'd be happy to pay you instead. Though I'd love to have a chat with you on MSN anyway because I often find myself at your site reading posts and articles.
