    How much do you guys think it's worth?

    I think It's Zero value. It can be generic if you own guesthouses.com Otherwise No value in it. Sorry.

    It's plural, so its value is even lower. I would suggest that you post it on sale at GoDaddy or Ebay, but don't set the price too high.
