Just got an enquiry from someone who is interested in this name. Wasn't really thinking about selling it, but if they offer me a good price, then I might consider selling it.

    Spanish for "restaurant".

How much would you appraise this name?

i would say sell it for whatever u are getting because:
    1. .tv entension does not really suit the restaurant's business..
    2. moreover it is a spanish term which further narrows its makrket

The price does vary since it depends on the seller.. the only problem is that the domain requires a very specific niche: Restaurant TV show that's in Spanish would be ideal...

Didn't get offered anything yet. Just got a PM enquiry from another forum if it was for sale. I responded saying "I wasn't thinking of selling it, but if I got a decent offer, I might consider it. What price were you thinking for this name?"

    Now awaiting a response

It has one shot at pulling a good price and that is from a Spanish Restaurant, or Cooking T.V. show, like on Telemundo, or any other Spanish network.
The Spanish Market is huge and growing, don't let anyone tell you it's a small market.
It may not have the online numbers as the American market, but who does? and America is very Spanish!

Just to give you the obvious clue, in the U.S.A , every recorded and company telephone automation service asks to Press "1" for English and "2" for Spanish, (or something like that)
More people spread over the world peak Spanish than any other language other than English. (not including concentrated areas like China)
Every major city has at least 1 Spanish station, and Every cable system has multiple Spanish language stations.
When people think Spanish, they think Mexico...the world is bigger than that.
Still,...one shot, Spanish Cooking or Restaurant Show.

Thanks for that Hmansfield. Yeah, Spanish seems to the the 2nd most popular language after English & the market with those names are growing. I was thinking that this name was a decent name for some sort of video site where it had instructional videos on how to cook in Spanish

Also a good idea. Definitely could raise your price if you develop it, and show buyers what it is good for rather than tell them,.
Just because people are on the web trying to make money, doesn't mean they have any skills, knowledge, imagination, dedication, and talent.
