    I am selling a 5 year old site. carryoutandtakeout.com This is a Restaurant Locator site.

    (in the admin panel you can change the zipcode to pull restaurants from any zipcode and adjust keywords). It is set now for New York City zip code.

    I sold a banner ad on the site for $75 for 1 year. Other than that it has made a little income from adsense.

    It receives around 100 + visitors per month.
