    I am selling a 5 year old site. This is a Restaurant Locator site.

    (in the admin panel you can change the zipcode to pull restaurants from any zipcode and adjust keywords).

    This is an auction sale. Auction will start at $25 and end in 3 days. BIN is $80.

    I sold a banner ad on the site for $75 for 1 year. Other than that it has made a little income from adsense.

    It receives around 100 visitors per month.
