    Looking to rebuild a site built on old non-mobile-friendly custom programming.

    New site must be fast, responsive, and mobile-friendly. I'd like to avoid Wordpress as site loads slow.

    FUNCTIONALITY

    FRONT-END (the site itself is very simple)
    (no registry or login needed)
    -visitors need to be able create posts to categories
    -visitors need to be able to create comments on posts
    -profanity script needs to run on posts to replace badwords with badw**** (current script can be modified)
    -standard search feature, google captcha, etc
    -must use existing url naming convention (all current url pages need to be remain functional

    ADMIN
    -ability to edit/delete posts and comments
    -ability to create categories
