Response from Adsense Team

Do you get any email support from adsense team??? I have sent them 2 mails last week regarding non receipt of PIN. But i havent got any reply till now..

Do they respond to email queries ?

They are very quick in replying. Don't know what is happening in your case.

in which email adddress u send ? send adsense-support@ you will get response as soon as possible.

 

yeap, i have used the same mail id.

 

I have found that they usually respond within 2 business days, weekends are longer as it doesn't seem they work on weekends

 

I have always got quick response but I use the Online forms which is what they ask you to do. Sending emails often delays the process. The forms normally get answered right away. I have never had to wait longer than 48 hours for any question I asked.

 

My experience has been the same as Allout. Pretty quick when using the contact forms.

The Google AdSense Team was quite fast to reply every time I sent them emails.

 

the adsense pin time they require is 2-4 weeks after u recieve the first email

 

pin number requires around 3-4 weeks of time after you receive the first mail

 

you may have to wait upto 1 month if u r in INDIA !!

 

He is talking about email support. Not actually post office mail.
I doubt that it would take that long.

 

I sent them a question and never got a response back.

they were quick previously. But in the past one month they are slow in replying to emails. Not sure why it's happening? I too got replies within 2 business days before but it's not the case now
