But when you say ""either side", do you really think Israel targets kids? And make things worse for themselves? NO, it is wrong for anyone to harm kids, but "sacrificing them" for trying to set the enemy up, is a low that goes beyond all lows in combat. Wouldn't you agree?

No. My best guess is (knowing that Israel is super concerned with civilain lives and the public opinion about their strategy) they try to destroy launchers before they enter their garage (aka residential bldg). But sometimes it is not feasible.

 

Can we agree that anyone, who is using innocent kids as shield and puting them up to die, is wrong??

 

I kinda thought that was the point of posting the video...To show they were justified in blowing up the building.

Someone else posted that there was a video of the building that was blown up (and the focus of this thread) that showed a truck entering it. That video showed an Israeli fighter jet in close proximity, thats why I asked.

hezbollah are hiding the launchers in buildings cause if they were out in the open they would be blown away in 10 seconds.
Also what yfs1 said about hitting the launchers out in the open makes sense.
plus, the targeting by israel has been shit.

Oh and given that there have been an estimated 12k rockets in hezbolah's possesion, perhaps Israel needs to blanket the whole sky above S. Lebanon with all the airforce they have to faster target the launchers/rockets before they return into their buildings
