As an entrepreneur, I am always on the hunt for new resources and tools to utilize for my various projects and freelance work. I have noticed that it is difficult to find one solid, progressing, comprehensive topic on DP. Therefore, I would love to see what everyone's 'favorites' are -- so please share websites, books, links, professionals, services, businesses, etc. Whatever you find useful (or possibly what you can't live without!) would be greatly appreciated! For myself? A little list: - My Organizer/PDA -- it was a gift wayy back when, and it is still my old stand-by. - Various business / management / entrepreneural magazines/e-zines. (Mainly CRM, DMN, and Entrepreneur are my top 3) it's amazing how much time I can be found reading them! - Tony Robbins -- it's not so much his lectures that interest me, rather it's his worksheet and materials that I find inspirational.
This is an interesting thread idea. Here are a couple of tools I can't live without 1. My Mobipocket Reader The Mobipocket Reader on my Nokia smartphone. Mobipocket is an excellent piece of software - You can take a PDF or Word or HTML document and convert it into Mobipocket. You then copy it onto your Nokia smartphone (I guess there are other brands that are compatible), and before you know it you're carrying around a library in your little handset. I no longer waste a moment of my time. If I'm waiting for my wife, or standing in line at the supermarket, or whatever, I just whip it out and open up a book and read. Since I got the software some years back, I've read more than I ever have before in my life. You can read comfortably in bed without bothering anyone, or struggling to get the angle of your book or magazine right. 'nuff said. Get it here - Mobipocket.com - And it's FREE. 2. KeePass I have tonnes of passwords and little bits of info to keep track of. Recently I found this little piece of open source (free) software that seems like just the solution. Keep all your passwords in one secure place. Get it here - KeePass.info - Also FREE.
Where would we all be without DP, so much knowledge to be had. Success Magazine is a great read and as its says its what Achievers Read. All the sucessful people are in there.
@chui - thanks for contributing, I have a password organizer, but may switch this one! @biglegg - I almost stated DP, but indeed so far this has been an awesome resource for myself As well, I do read Success, it's interesting to read and one of my dozens of my daily reads haha. I am looking towards getting an ebook reader, but not sure which one: any ideas?
