Resources to learn to make psd templates?

    Hi i was wondering does anyone know any good resources to make great looking psd templates? I know how to do css html small basic php integration but my skills to make a good design seem to be lacking. I don't really have a vision and just seem to stare at a blank photoshop background lol. Anyone have some good online sites that can help me out?

    It is very easy like 123 n go,If u know photoshop a little ...It is very easy PM me so I can tell u some easy steps.

    I'm talking bout the artistic side tho like picking color groups that work well together navigation bar colors, content of page layout, etc. Slicing and coding + optimizing i have no problems with.
