I have to bring this company to everyone's attention, especially any advertisers looking to buy on their network. YieldAds is a big FRAUD, and yes they will steal your money and don't deliver.

    My Story:
So I reached out to yieldads in early October to make an inquiry on advertising. An associate by the name "Val Kueh" responded. Later we agreed on a price rate and we were to launch a test campaign, which they required a $500 deposit. Payment was made and banner creatives was sent to them.

NOW, first day went by, I heard nothing, second day, still nothing, third and fourth day, nothing (I should have sensed the red flag).. So I write them to know the status of my campaign. They responded by telling me they re having some technical issues on their server.
Almost a whole week went by until I asked for a refund, and much later that same day my campaign was supposedly launched..

I'm patiently waiting to see how the traffic performs. At the end of the day, I checked all traffic stats, Google analytics, statcounter, my trade script..NOTHING. no traffic shows from these guys. But on their network, it showed thousands of impressions and clicks delivered. So I write Val to let him know the issue, and that I want my money back if I don't get the traffic I paid for.

I gave them everything they needed to investigate..even gave direct access to GA stats.. and here's what they responded "Hi Mike,

We have looked into the traffic report provided by Google Analytics, and yes YieldAds did not show up as one entity in the list of traffic source."

To cut the story short, I go back and forth with yieldads trying to defend my case (with proof of stats) that I received NO TRAFFIC and I wanted my $500 back. They kept coming up with different excuses and asking me to wait for a refund. At the end of last week they wrote me back saying they were gonna credit my account with another $300 to run a new campaign (Obviously something is wrong with their system and I insisted on having my refund) They stopped responding.

I've already told them I would make this issue public so No one else gets to experience this type of extortion..So be warned people..And any representative from yieldads can come on to defend their case. Show your stats and I'll show mine, let the public know that you're a fraudulent agency

In other words, you won't comment specifically on my issue. Tell me Jennifer, why your company held on to my money if I didn't get any traffic?

I don't disagree But I hold YieldAds fully responsible. They should correct issues like this within their platform instead of charging for Fraudulent clicks. And I believe YieldAds knows this is the case. They just won't admit it.
