Resolution independent site layout

    Hello Folks,
    Can any one here help me out to make a resolution independent site i mean whether the screen resolution is 800*600 or 1024*726 or any other the layout and design of the page should not get disturbed i tried a lot but can't get the solution for asp.net sites with c# please help me out
