The only options for you would be opting for a Reseller hosting package or also look into higher plans such as Virtual Private Server offering cPanel / WHM or probably a hgh-end dedicated server which will eventualy be divided into respective hosting packages in respect to assigning space and bandwidth to be offered to your clients. Get a VPS, than you have root control. You can create new Admins, Resellers and Users Try www.pwrhost.com. They have nice VPS plans (not my company) - Robert
