Resizing Pictures

Discussion in 'Graphics & Multimedia' started by Gomar, Apr 23, 2016.

I have about 10,000 images that I am looking to get resized. How can I go about doing this most efficiently? Should I do it with editing software or is there a service or site where you can just convert it in bulk?

    Need recommendations.

I would use a PHP script, but i don't know if you're into programming. Did you try googling something like "mass image resize tool"?

I would recommend using a batch resizing tool like BatchPhoto for instance.

    http://www.batchphoto.com/howto/resize/picture-size.html

It allows you to resize as many images as you want in a single session, so even if you have 10,000 it won't be a problem.

Yes there are couple of sites where you can resize bulk images like bulksizephotos . com where you can resize images in bulk. But I am not sure, how good is the result because a software will do it for you, instead doing it manually, so once you do it, share your experience back here.

There is a website named as bulkresizephotos.com for bulk image resizing. You just need to select all the images you want resize and then drag and drop them on the given area in the website.
