Reserve price vs sell it now?

    As a new seller ebay, I was confused with the reserve price and sell it now price? Can I have both price posted at the same time? Any idea. Please help, thanks.

    Reserve price - its for auction sales below which you wont sell your product
    sell it now, says itself :)

    I try and stick to using only Buy It Now. Do your research and price your product in the mid range of others are selling. It's always worked for me.
