Reselling a Canadian domain

    Hi, I've got a .ca domain that I want to sell. Does the person that is buying it have to be a Canadian citizen? If the domain will just be pushed to another account will that person have problems with it?

    yep, cira is very stricked with this now. I've run into that problem myself.
