Whats the cheapest Reseller hosting out there? My normal hosting is only $7.50/year! And I want to know if there are any resellers that are like $20/year or so... The cheapest I have found is here does anyone know any cheaper, P.S I don't want any addon bs like auto script installers.

Very cheap and reliable do not tend to go hand in hand. You'd be hard pressed to find a sub $10/month reseller that is reliable let alone one that is $20/year. I mean our lowest reseller is $10.95/month and with various coupons can get into the $8 range. But even then there are people who say that is too cheap for a reseller account.
